I am using a Fenix 2 and have my Garmin Connect linked to my Strava account so that it automatically updates Strava after sucking the device with Garmin connect. This work perfectly and I've had no problems with it at all. I've noticed though that my heart rate data from indoor cycling activities is not going from connect to Strava.

I had a similar problem with my Forerunner 35 recording on the watch itself, but not showing on the Connect App. The inadvertent solution was - like most electronic goods - to reboot the watch. I did so by running the battery flat. Once it was charged up again the heart rate re-appeared on the Connect App on my cell phone.
