The device does not come with headphones or a SIM card. It does include a generic (Mfi certified) charger and charging cable. Inspected and guaranteed to have minimal cosmetic damage, which is not noticeable when the device is held at arm's length.
I'm using iPhone 11 Pro iOS 13.6. I bought Lightning to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter (Model A 1749, MMX62ZM/A). The calls are not going through the adapter+headphones. I replaced the adapter with new one (the same model) and the problem still exists. I can only listen to music. I tested this with different sets of headphones - the problem remains.
